In September 2024, we proudly opened our newest location in the heart of Toronto’s revitalized financial district. This marks our second Canadian location and 12th globally.

Located on the northwest corner of Bay and Adelaide Streets, the restored and transformed space beckons guests to an expansive double height marble bar, before entering the light-filled atrium that houses the impressive, two-story dining room incorporating historical facades that once graced the 1925 building’s exterior. Using materials and artifacts indigenous to and reminiscent of Greece’s ancient history to create an atmosphere that is both elegant and inviting, estiatorio Milos Toronto transports guests from the activity of the city to an experience combining refined simplicity with warm hospitality to deliver an authentic and immersive dining adventure.

Milos’ pristine Mediterranean fish and seafood, is displayed prominently, creating a vibrant and visually stunning centerpiece. The restaurant’s hallmark, our fish marketplace, accompanied by presentations of seasonal vegetables, showcases an array of the finest and freshest catches, from glistening whole fish and succulent shellfish all meticulously arranged on a bed of crushed ice to tanks with exquisite crustaceans.
